§ 152.027 DUTIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT IN REGARDS TO PERMITS.
   The Administrative Department shall be responsible for obtaining from the applicant copies of all other local, state, and federal permits and approvals that may be required for the type of activity described in § 152.026.
   (A)   The Administrative Department shall not issue the development permit unless all required federal and state permits have been obtained.
   (B)   A registered professional engineer, under the employ or contract of the village shall review and approve applications reviewed under this subchapter.
