§ 31.02 VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEES SERVING AS EX OFFICIO MEMBERS OF COMMITTEES.
   The Village President and each Trustee of the village is designated and shall serve as an ex officio member of each of the village’s advisory committees as from time to time enumerated in § 32.075 and if in attendance, shall be counted for purposes of establishing the committee’s quorum and have the right to vote on matters coming before it.
