If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, subsection, section, article or chapter of this code of ordinances is found and determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction such finding shall not affect any other words, phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, subsections, sections, articles or chapters of this code which can be given effect without the invalid provisions.
