§ 33.040 TITLE.
   Pursuant to the ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 8-3-14, as amended, this subchapter shall be known and cited as the “Hotel Accommodations Tax Ordinance” and the tax herein imposed shall be known and cited as the “Hotel Accommodations Tax.”
