Any person, firm or corporation, or agent, or employee or contractor of such, who violates, destroys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any provision of this ordinance, shall be subject to a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both, for each offense; and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
