Upon qualification for PSEBA benefits, the beneficiary shall be entitled to receive health insurance benefits to the extent provided by law under PSEBA.
A. Open Enrollment: Applicants receiving benefits under PSEBA shall annually complete a PSEBA extension application provided by the Village Administrator no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end date of all village open enrollment periods. This requirement shall also apply to all individuals who first began receiving PSEBA benefits prior to passage of this chapter. (Ord. 2020-20, 9-22-2020; amd. Ord. 2022-49, 8-23-2022)
