10-1-3: PROHIBITED AND PERMITTED SIGNS:

All signs in the Village are classified as either permitted or prohibited signs. Certain signs are exempted from this chapter and are therefore permitted by exemption. These classifications are explained in the following sections. (Ord. 2017-54, 11-28-2017)
