9-5-15: PENALTIES; PERMIT REVOCATION:

Any tree removal permit issued under this Chapter shall be revoked or suspended if the permit holder violates the terms of the permit or any other provisions of this Chapter. Any violation of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or punishable by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per tree removed.
