It shall be unlawful to trim, injure, remove or cut down any tree, shrub, bush or hedge in any public street right of way or parkway, or any other public place or Village easement without first having secured a permit therefor from the Village Building and Zoning Official. (Ord. 96-32, 10-7-1996)
