The Fox Lake zoning and development advisory committee (ZDAC) conducts bimonthly meetings at the village hall. ZDAC meetings are held every first Thursday and every third Thursday of the month. The committee consists of village staff and consultants that review all zoning or development applications. The committee was formed to ensure all developments will meet all applicable ordinances, keep village departments aware of other departments' concerns, and provide proper response time for the reviews. The comments generated by these reviews are available to the village trustees, the applicants, and the general public for their use. (Ord. 92-55, 11-2-1992)
