During any plan review process and during installation and acceptance of the required improvements, the building commissioner may engage professional assistance other than the staff in order to properly review or observe the improvement proposal by the applicant. The applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all outside consultant fees related to the project, including, but not limited to, plan review, consultation with village staff and others, and field inspections. Costs of said outside consultants shall be paid in accordance with section 9-4-5 of this chapter. (Ord. 2004-49, 8-24-2004)
