9-4-1: STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS ADOPTED:

The Lake County watershed development ordinance, as most recently amended by the county of Lake on July 11, 2023, is hereby adopted by reference and is in full force and effect within the village of Fox Lake and is found in its own compilation. (Ord. 2020-25, 12-8-2020; amd. Ord. 2023-28, 9-12-2023)
