8-8-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to authorize automated traffic law enforcement at high crash or other high risk locations. The objective of automated traffic law enforcement is to reduce traffic accidents and improve roadway safety. (Ord. 2009-16, 6-9-2009)
