A. It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street in the village for a period longer than three (3) minutes for the loading and/or unloading of passengers, or for thirty (30) minutes for the loading and/or unloading of property at any time after snow begins to fall and exceeds two inches (2") of thickness, and said prohibition against parking shall continue until the snowplowing operations have ceased.
B. It shall be unlawful for any individual or business, while snowplowing or shoveling their sidewalks, driveways or another's sidewalk or driveway within the corporate limits of the village, to push, place or shovel snow on or across any street or sidewalk within the village.
