8-4-8: PARKING VEHICLES FOR SALE:

It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale or to park any vehicle upon any business street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled, or to park any vehicle upon any street without state license plates upon it issued for such vehicle to the owner of the vehicle in accordance with the Illinois Compiled Statutes. (1975 Code § 24.08)
