It shall be unlawful for the driver of a vehicle to stand a passenger vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading or unloading of passengers, not to exceed three (3) minutes, and for the driver to stand any freight carrying vehicles for a period of time longer than is necessary to load, unload and deliver materials, not to exceed thirty (30) minutes, in any place designated by the village president and the board of trustees as a loading zone and marked as such, or in any of the following designated places:
A. At any place not to exceed seventy five feet (75') along the curb before the entrance to any hospital or hotel at any time.
B. At any place not to exceed seventy five feet (75') along the curb before any entrance to a public building between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. except on Sunday.
C. Directly in front of the entrance to any theater at any time that the theater is open for business. (1975 Code § 24.09)
