8-3-6: CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES:

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skateboard, or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway. No person shall ride on the running board, fender or outside stop of any vehicle. (Ord. 2009-14, 6-9-2009)
