When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall drive a vehicle in excess of the indicated speed limits on any streets, and unless otherwise posted, the speed limit in a business district shall not exceed thirty (30) miles per hour, and in a residential district shall not exceed twenty (20) miles per hour.
