A. Speed Limits:
1. The maximum speed limit on Devlin Road, between Grand Avenue and Route 59, be and is hereby established at twenty five (25) miles per hour, except as hereinafter provided in subsection A2 of this section.
2. That portion of Devlin Road which is adjacent to the property occupied by the Grant Community High School shall have as its maximum speed limit twenty (20) miles per hour between seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. on each school day when school children are present.
B. No-Passing Zone: Devlin Road, between Grand Avenue and Route 59, be and is hereby declared a No-Passing Zone.
C. Posting Signs: The Village Department of Streets is hereby directed to post the speed limits as hereinbefore established at all appropriate places on Devlin Road and to further post Devlin Road as a No-Passing Zone. Devlin Road should also be posted with signs that will give proper and due warning that a school zone is being approached and shall indicate the school zone and the maximum speed limit in effect during school days when school children are present.
