Upon payment of the required annual motor vehicle license fee(s), the Village shall provide to said household, or to the owner, operator, or lessee of such motor vehicle(s), as the case may be, motor vehicle license sticker(s) for the subject motor vehicle(s), if so requested. Display of motor vehicle license sticker(s) shall not be required, except as needed as evidence of residency for access to and/or parking at Village recreational facilities.
