Except as otherwise provided herein, all households within the Village, whether located in single-family or multi-family dwelling units, and regardless of whether such dwelling units are owned or rented, shall be required to pay an annual motor vehicle license fee per dwelling unit, which fee shall cover all of the annual motor vehicle license fees for the current license year for that household.
