A. Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, may be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for water usage as a result of a violation of any provision of this chapter.
B. Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter shall, in addition to any other penalties, be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and each day that the offense is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
