A. Contractor's Use Of Village Water: Water shall be available to the construction site of any new building only after the payment of all tap-on fees and inspection fees, the inspection and approval by the Village of the newly installed water system including a Village approved water meter and certified backflow assembly and the establishment of Village water account. The use of fire hydrants or unmetered water service is prohibited, unless authorized by the Supervisor of Sewer and Water, in which case the following fee schedule shall apply:

Meter rental fee | $50.00 per day |
Backflow preventer rental fee | $50.00 per day |
Water usage fee | $3.94 per 1,000 gallons (or portions thereof) |
B. Bulk Water Sales: If approved by the Sewer and Water Supervisor, bulk water sales may occur. Approval will depend on the Supervisor's judgment of the effect on the water system and system conditions. Water will be provided only at locations approved by the Sewer and Water Supervisor. All costs for bulk sales of water will be determined by the Water and Sewer Supervisor. However the minimum rates will be based on the table below:
