The village treasurer shall receive all such revenues from the water system and all other funds and monies incident to the operation of such system as the same may be delivered to him and shall deposit the same in the proper fund designed by law or ordinance, and the treasurer shall administer such funds in every respect and in the manner provided by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-139-1 et seq., and all other laws thereunto enabling.
