A. Turning On Water: No water from the village water supply shall be turned on for service to any property by any person or entity. Only the village sewer and water department may turn on water from the village water supply. A person of responsibility must be present with complete access to said property before water is turned on. (Ord. 2010-02, 1-26-2010)
B. Applications: Application to have water turned on shall be made to the village sewer and water department. The schedule for turning on water shall be determined by the water and sewer supervisor. No water will be turned on during village holidays. (Ord. 2014-01, 1-28-2014)
C. Plumbing, Code Compliance: No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the applicable code and ordinances of the village 1 , until there is compliance and an occupancy permit has been issued. (Ord. 2010-02, 1-26-2010)
