As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed herein:
PERSON: Any individual, tenant, person in possession of the premises, owner of the premises, partner, corporation, association, charitable or religious organization, or any agent or legal representative.
POPULATION EQUIVALENT: As defined in section 7-3-1 of this title (because the 100 gallons of sewage per day per capita is based upon average water use per day per capita of 100 gallons).
RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER EQUIVALENT: As defined in section 7-3-1 of this title (because the average sewer load of 21/2 times that of a population equivalent is based upon average water use per day of 21/2 times the 100 gallons per day per capita).
USER: Any user of the water system whether commercial, industrial or residential. Each dwelling unit of a residential building having two (2) or more dwelling units shall be considered a separate and individual user. Each separate commercial or industrial unit in a commercial or industrial building shall also be considered a separate and individual user. (Ord. 2010-02, 1-26-2010; amd. Ord. 2013-20, 9-24-2013)
