7-3-12: WASTES PROHIBITED IN STORM DRAINS:

No person shall connect or cause to be connected any drain carrying or to carry, any toilet, sink, basement, septic tank, cesspool, industrial waste, or any fixture or device discharging polluting substances, directly or indirectly to any stormwater drain in the village or to any lake or stream in the village. (Ord. 2010-01, 1-26-2010)
