7-3-8: NOTICE OF RATES:
A copy of this chapter, properly certified by the Village Clerk was filed in the Office of the Recorders of Deeds of Lake and McHenry Counties, Illinois, and shall be deemed public notice to all persons of the rates and charges of the Village for sewer service. (Ord. 2010-01, 1-26-2010)
