Provisions regarding discharges, including use of wastewater facilities, prohibited discharges, and regulation on FOG are contained in article A of this chapter. Article A of this chapter contains general prohibitions that shall apply to all users of the POTW whether or not a user is subject to national categorical pretreatment standards or any other national, state or local pretreatment standard or requirements.
