A. Planting Permit: No person shall plant any tree or shrub in any street, parkway or other public place without having first secured a permit therefor. Application for such permit shall be made to the Building Commissioner.
B. Removal Permit: No person shall remove or cut down any tree or shrub in any street, parkway or other public place without having first secured a permit therefor.
