A. Any person not holding a building permit shall not store any materials on any street, sidewalk or public place without a permit therefor from the Village.
B. The fee for such permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
C. The permittee shall conform to the provisions of this Section 7-1-4 relating to builders occupying streets to the extent they are applicable, and to such other conditions as the Village may impose when granting the permit. (1975 Code §5.06)
