Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, a violation of this chapter is declared unlawful. In addition to the foregoing liability and abatement provisions, any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of sections of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2019-42, 12-10-2019)
