6-8-12: OPPOSING, OBSTRUCTING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER; PENALTY:

Whoever opposes obstructs or resists any Village Official or any person authorized by the Village in the discharge of duties as provided in this chapter shall be punishable as provided in the applicable code(s) or a court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 2019-42, 12-10-2019)
