6-7-16: SEVERABILITY:

If any section, subsection, clause, phrase or portion of this Chapter is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent portion of this Chapter, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Chapter. (Ord. 98-37, 6-1-1998)
