6-7-10: OBSTRUCTION OF VISIBILITY:

No fence shall be constructed, nor shall anything be placed, planted or allowed to grow in such a manner as to obstruct or impair visibility of oncoming vehicular or pedestrian traffic from any intersecting street, driveway or alleyway. (Ord. 98-37, 6-1-1998)
