6-6-13: TRAILER:
   A.   Private Property: Exclusive of licensed trailer coach parks, it shall be unlawful to reside, sleep or live in any trailer within the Village, or not to exceed thirty (30) days in any one period, except as a nonpaying guest of the owner or lawful occupant of private property on which said trailer is located, provided that said owner or occupant has a manor house or dwelling on said property.
   B.   Dismantling: Except in a trailer coach park, no person occupying a trailer shall remove the wheels or similar transporting devices therefrom or fix it to the ground in such manner that would prevent the ready removal thereof.
   C.   Exception: The Building Commissioner may grant permission for use of a trailer for office purposes on a construction site not to exceed the duration of the construction. (1975 Code §29.14)
