A. Water Supply: An adequate supply of pure water for drinking and domestic purposes from the Village water supply system shall be supplied to meet the requirements of a mobile home park. Such water shall be obtained from faucets only, conveniently located in the park. No common drinking cups shall be permitted. A water meter shall be installed in each park.
B. Sanitary Facilities: Each mobile home park shall provide toilets, baths or showers with hot and cold water, with separate accommodations for men and women.
C. Garbage Removal: It shall be the duty of the owner, his agent or caretaker to provide for the collection and removal of garbage or other waste material and to otherwise maintain the park in a clean and sanitary condition. Garbage pickup and removal shall be provided twice weekly.
D. Garbage Cans: A storage shed for garbage cans shall be constructed on each mobile home site, the shed to be of matching material with the base of the mobile home, and garbage cans shall be kept therein at all times out of the public view. (1975 Code §29.09)
