A. Spaces: Each mobile home shall be allotted a site of not less than three thousand two hundred (3,200) square feet, exclusive of common driveways. No mobile home shall be parked closer than seven and one-half feet (71/2') to the side lot lines of a mobile home park if the abutting property is improved property; or closer than fifteen feet (15') to a public street, alley or building.
B. Driveways: Each individual mobile home site shall abut or face on a driveway or clear unoccupied space of not less than twenty four feet (24') in width, which driveway or space shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley.
C. Open Space: There shall be an open space of not less than fifteen feet (15') between the sides of every mobile home and at least ten feet (10') between the ends of every mobile home.
D. Concrete Pads: No mobile home may be placed in a park unless it is placed on a concrete pad, so that the concrete is under all portions of the mobile coach. An open space of two feet (2') in width may be kept for the maintenance of utilities.
E. Sod: Each mobile home site shall be sodded immediately upon occupancy of such site. (1975 Code §29.07)
