6-6-6: PARK FACILITIES:
   A.   Streets and Storm Water Drainage: The owner or developer of a mobile home park shall provide paved streets, curbs and gutters, and shall also provide adequate storm water drainage, the design of which shall be approved by the Village Engineer. Streets shall be maintained and kept in good repair by the owner of the mobile home park.
   B.   Parking: Automobiles owned or operated by the residents of such site shall be parked on driveways. Additional parking for visitors shall be centrally provided.
   C.   Fire Hydrants: The location of fire hydrants shall be approved by the Fire Department serving the mobile home park.
   D.   Lights: All mobile home parks shall be kept properly and adequately lighted at all times so that the grounds are safe for occupants and visitors. Electric street lights of at least four hundred (400) wattage, mercury vapor or its equivalent, shall be installed at intervals of not more than seven hundred feet (700'); provided that coach lights are installed at each mailbox. If coach lights are not installed at each mailbox, electric light standards shall be placed at least every three hundred feet (300').
   E.   Television Antenna: A central television antenna shall be provided by the owner of the mobile home park, and connecting wires from the central tower to the individual home site, as well as electrical and telephone wires, shall be installed underground. (1975 Code §29.10)
