A. It shall be unlawful to establish, maintain or operate any mobile home park in the Village without first having obtained a license therefor. Application for such license shall be made in writing to the Village Treasurer in compliance with the ordinances relating to license applications, and shall contain the name of the applicant, the location of the proposed park, and the number of mobile homes to be accommodated. B. The annual fee for a license to operate a mobile home park is one hundred dollars ($100.00). The license period shall begin and end the same as other licenses in the Village. There shall be no proration for a part of a year. (1975 Code §29.04)
