Terms used in this Chapter have the following meanings:
MOBILE HOME: Any vehicle or similar portable structure used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets and designed to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling for one or more persons.
MOBILE HOME PARK: An area of land on which two (2) or more occupied mobile homes are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue, together with any building structure or enclosure used as part of the equipment of such park. (1975 Code §29.01)
TRAILER: Any vehicle or structure suitable for living, sleeping or office purposes, which is mounted on or designed for mounting on, wheels and transportable by its own power or by external power or effort. (1975 Code §29.14)
