6-3-8: MOVING OR REMOVING INTERFERENCES:
   A.   Interfering Structures: If it appears to the building commissioner that it may be necessary to cut, raise or replace any interfering structure in order to facilitate the movement of a building, the permit shall not be issued unless the applicant first files with the building commissioner a receipt given to the applicant by the owner or other lawful custodian of the interfering structure for a deposit equal to the amount of actual expense involved in cutting, raising or replacing the same. (1975 Code § 15.12)
   B.   Trees: No tree shall be cut or trimmed by the permittee without prior written consent of the owner or other lawful custodian of such tree. (1975 Code § 15.15)
