6-3-2: PERMIT REQUIRED:

No person shall move a building over any street within the corporate limits of the village without first obtaining a permit therefor. Permits issued hereunder shall not be assignable or transferable and shall not be used by any person other than the permittee or his employees. (1975 Code § 15.10)
