6-2-7-3: NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF RENTAL DWELLING:
The owner or person in charge of a rental dwelling shall provide the department of community development with written notice prior to allowing occupancy of the rental dwelling by a lessee or tenant. (Ord. 2016-07, 2-9-2016)
