It shall be unlawful to erect, remodel, or construct any building in violation of the setback lines established herein; and no building or portion thereof shall be closer to the street than the following setback lines:
Grand Avenue between York Street and Forest Avenue: Forty two feet (42') from the centerline of the street.
Grand Avenue between York Street and State Route 59: Fifty feet (50') from the centerline of the street.
Railway Avenue: Fifty feet (50') from the centerline of the street.
Rollins Road: Seventy feet (70') from the center of the street.
State Route 12 between Grand Avenue and the northerly village limits: Fifty feet (50') from the centerline of the street.
State Route 12 between Grand Avenue and the southerly village limits: Seventy feet (70') from the centerline of the street.
State Route 59 between Grand Avenue and the southwesterly village limits: Sixty feet (60') to the centerline of the street. (1975 Code § 5.15)
