6-1-6: BUILDING MATERIALS STORAGE:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for anyone to store building materials or materials of any kind in the open on public or private property unless the same are being used for construction actually in progress, otherwise such materials shall be stored in a garage or other suitable building. (1975 Code § 9.10)
   B.   Unless otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense subject to the penalties prescribed. (Ord. 83-19, 9-19-1983)
