6-1-2: BOARD OF APPEALS 1 :
The Board of Trustees shall serve as the Board of Appeals for Building Code matters and provisions of the various codes adopted by the Village shall be deemed to be amended to set forth the Board of Trustees as such Board of Appeals. (Ord. 2011-09, 2-8-2011)
