In addition to any other sanctions and remedies provided by statute, any person who shall be convicted of violating any provisions of this code shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
