A. No person shall permit or allow any Canadian thistle, burdock, yellow dock, jimson weed, bull thistle, poison ivy, ragweed or any other noxious or dangerous weed to grow on any premises owned, controlled or occupied by him. (1975 Code § 9.06)
B. It is hereby declared a nuisance for any owner or occupant of any land or any tract of land in the Village to permit any weed, grass or plant to grow thereon to a height exceeding eight inches (8") or to the extent of maturing its seeds. (1975 Code § 9.07)
