Unless otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense subject to the penalties prescribed. (Ord. 83-19, 19-19-83)
